What will my Payment Be? We are interested in setting you up for success. Therefore, we will have a discussion with you to help determine what payment is affordable, and that is what we will work with. What will I need for a Down payment? We are interested in setting you up for success. Therefore, we are going to do our best to work with what you have available.
